Why should I embed or outline my fonts?

What file types can I upload?

What is CMYK and RGB?
CMYK is the standard colour calibration for litho and digital print. This means an infinite collection of colours can be achieved from using four ink colours within the press.
Cyan – Magenta – Yellow – Black.
RGB is the standard colour calibration for the web and television. This means an infinite collection of colours can be achieved from using three colours within screens.
Colours are generally brighter than the CMYK equivalent. Red – Green – Blue.

How do I pay?
We can take payment over the phone between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Alternatively you can add your chosen product(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.

Why am I paying VAT?
You as the customer are liable to pay the VAT in full before receiving your delivery.

Which products have special requirements for VAT?
For leaflets and flyers, VAT will be applied if any of the following are true:
The paper size is larger than A4
The paper weight is more than 250gsm
Credit Cards?
A 1.5% surcharge will apply
How do I Log-In/Register?
Navigate to the ‘My Account’ button located in the top right corner of every page. Click this and you’ll be taken to your account page. Log-in with your username and password or Register with your email address.
How do I edit my account?
You can change your details at any time using ‘My Account’ which is in the top right hand corner of the page. Once you’re logged in you can change your:
- Name and Surname
- Password
- Email Address
- Delivery Address
- Shipping Address
Edit these details by selecting ‘Edit Account’ and/or’ ‘Edit Addresses’ on the left hand side of the page. It’s worth checking your account every once in a while just to make sure we have the right details for you.
How do I re-order?
Select a previous order within Your Account dashboard. From here navigate below your order and press the ‘order again’ button. Your previous order will be added to your cart.
*Please Note: Your order status must be ‘Complete‘ before you can re-order.
How do I change my username?
Your Username can not be changed once you have registered. Your username is automatically generated from your email address.

I’ve lost my password
Navigate to ‘My Account’ which is in the top right hand corner of the page. From here select ‘Lost Your Password?’ and follow the instructions.
What are my delivery options?
Free UK Mainland Delivery
If your order is above £50.00 excl. vat, no delivery charge will be applied.
Standard Delivery
If your order is below £50.00 excl. vat, £4.50 delivery charge will be applied.
Click & Collect
Collect your order directly from us for free. We’ll let you know when it’s ready for collection.

Where is my order?
You can view your orders current status by logging in to your account.
We aim to get your order to you within 5-7 days.
But during busy periods (including special offers) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Graphic Realm cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
